We ship across the United States. Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Free shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 show a shipping cost at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will hear from us if anything needs your attention.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your setup. If something is not right, you have 15 days from delivery to request a return or replacement, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email support@sassysetup.com with your order number and a quick note on the issue. Once your return is received and checked, refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days to your original payment method.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away and we will make it right.
